Kristen Albertsen

Kristen Albertsen brings more than 10 years of people leadership and talent acquisition experience to her role as Head of People at Earthrise Energy. In her role, Kristen develops and implements human resources strategies to support the rapid growth and strategic direction of the company. This includes overseeing organization design and being responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing talent as well as managing compensation and benefits.

Before joining Earthrise, Kristen worked as the Vice President of People Operations at Bevi, a venture-backed, sustainable water dispenser company. In this role, Kristen managed Bevi’s People function, overseeing the doubling of the organization’s headcount. Previously, she worked as the Senior Manager of Operations and Talent at Dalberg Consulting, a global strategy consulting firm partnering with public and private sector clients in the international development space. There Kristen oversaw the people and talent activities for the company’s operations in its Americas region. Earlier in her career, Kristen worked abroad in international education, with a focus on English language and career readiness for university students in international business.

Kristen earned a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
