Kenton Harder

Kenton is Vice President of Capital Markets at Earthrise Energy, where he manages project finance for the company’s more than 1.5 GW of renewable energy projects. With a career dedicated to the renewable energy sector, Kenton boasts over $2.0 billion in transactional experience, spanning corporate acquisitions, project financings, and third-party equity raises and investments.

Before joining Earthrise Energy, Kenton served as the Execute Vice President of Strategy and Finance at Catalyze, an independent power producer that developed, operated, and maintained integrated solar, battery storage, and electric charging assets for commercial and industrial customers. At Catalyze, he managed the company’s strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and investment initiatives. He also oversaw all capital market activities including raising capital from third parties and managing, structuring, and closing with Catalyze’s project financings and tax equity partners. Prior to Catalyze, Kenton was a Vice President at Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners where he was directly involved in the company’s US investment initiatives across the renewables sector. While at Quinbrook, Kenton also played a role in the fund’s capital raising and investor management. Prior to Quinbrook, Kenton held other project finance roles within the AES Corporation and Main Street Power.

Kenton earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Corporate Finance and Investment Analysis from Colorado State University.
