Katherine Mason has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry in financial and operational roles.  Katherine joined Earthrise as Chief Corporate Officer in 2026, where she leads the Accounting, FP&A an IT functions, in addition to other strategic responsibilities. 

Prior to joining Earthrise, Katherine was the Chief Financial Officer at SolAmerica Energy, an independent power producer and EPC provider, which focused on developing, constructing and operating distributed generation solar. Katherine has also held leadership roles at roles at Catalyze, Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners, and US Power Generating Company.

Katherine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a Master of Professional Accounting, from the University of Texas – Austin.
