Jonathan Pike

Jonathan Pike has more than 10 years of dedicated experience in North American renewable energy project development and finance. He provides strong expertise in power market analysis, asset valuation, and acquisition strategies to Earthrise. Jonathan joined Earthrise from Cypress Creek Renewables, where he most recently served as the Development Director for the PJM Interconnection, The New York Independent System Operator, and ISO New England regional transmission organizations. In this role, Jonathan managed a development team responsible for more than 1 GW pipeline of utility-scale solar power and led various M&A and policy efforts, including serving as a board member with the Mid-Atlantic Renewable Energy Council. In his tenure at Cypress Creek Renewables, Jonathan also worked on an additional 1 GW of project acquisitions and offtake agreements, helping Cypress enter new markets and secure new customers. Earlier in his career, Jonathan worked in economic analysis and advisory roles alongside economists in the energy practices of the leading global consulting firms of Charles River Associates and FTI Consulting. He also served as Finance Director at Nextility, a DC-based distributed generation and retail energy brokerage start-up company.

Jonathan received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Boston College and is an alumnus of the Clean Energy Leadership Institute’s Fellowship program.
