Jeremy Hale

Jeremy Hale has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, with more than 10 years focused on renewables construction and procurement. Jeremy joined Earthrise Energy in 2022 and currently serves as Associate Vice President – PMO, Procurement and EH&S, overseeing the planning and execution of over 2 GW of utility-scale renewables construction projects across the United States.

From 2016 to 2022, Jeremy worked at Renewable Energy Systems (RES), most notably as Director of Supply Chain Technology, where he was responsible for strategic procurement initiatives and contracting of key equipment and supplier relationships. He also led the Procurement team, overseeing procurement activities for multiple gigawatts of solar, wind, and battery storage projects across the U.S. and Canada.

Jeremy began his career in the oil and gas industry in Canada, holding procurement roles at Husky Energy, Encana Corporation (now Ovintiv), and Canadian Natural Resources. His work spanned category management and construction contracting across unconventional exploration and oil sands projects.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary.
