Glare Study
Stantec Consulting Services Inc. analyzed the potential for glare from the proposed Gibson City Energy Center Solar 2 Project. Based on the solar array parameters provided and the current site design, no glare is predicted for pilots or helicopter pilots. Glare is also not predicted for the five road segments and 16 houses within a half-mile of the project.

Economic Impact Study
Strategic Economic Research (SER), conducted an economic impact analysis to assess the potential job creation and economic output from the proposed Gibson City Energy Center – Solar 2. Based on the analysis, the project is expected to generate more than $300 million in economic activity in Illinois.
