Olga Zelenova

Olga Zelenova brings more than 17 years of global experience in structured and corporate finance, auditing, and accounting to her role as Chief Accounting Officer at Earthrise. Previously, Olga served as the Chief Financial Officer for Sun Tribe Solar, a leading Mid-Atlantic renewable energy company with more than 100 projects completed or in development. At Sun Tribe Solar, Olga oversaw financial planning and analysis, accounting and treasury, tax, asset management and project finance functions.

Before joining Sun Tribe, Olga served as Vice President of Finance at Sol Systems, a national solar energy firm that has financed or developed over 1 GW of projects. There she headed the firm’s financial planning, forecasting and reporting, budget, treasury, and tax functions. She also was an integral part in raising capital and managing investor and banking relationships for Sol Systems.

Olga got her start in the energy industry at Silver Ridge Power (formerly AES Solar) as an Accounting Manager, overseeing and coordinating the financial and reporting function, tax accounting, and consolidation process. Before that, Olga worked in the Consumer Industrial Products and Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

Olga earned a Bachelor of Arts in international business from Lakeland College and a Master of Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. She also completed the Executive Management Program at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. A Certified Public Accountant, Olga was recognized as a Top Accounting Executive by RecognizeDC in 2019.
